RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Melly Mae purchase! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help.

 

RETURN- for store credit only!!

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be:

  • Unworn/ Unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of any makeup, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear.
  • Original packaging.
  • In original condition. 

Customers and responsible for return shipping cost- Original shipping fees and non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 10 days.


FINAL SALE

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale/ Discounted items.
  • Accessories. 

 

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  • Please email us at amelia@mellymae.shop within 10 days of your delivery. 
  • Your order number.
  • The item you would like to return/ exchange.
  • The reason for your return/exchange. 

We will provide you with the following steps after return/exchange has been approved. 

 

Please do not send returns/exchange without contacting us first!

Melly Mae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements listed above.
