Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. 

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon placing your order. Melly Mae is not responsible for order being shipped to the wrong address entered. If you notice an incorrect address, immediately contact us. We will do our best to help. 

Melly Mae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contacts the shipping carrier is you believe your item is lost or stolen. 

Melly Mae is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances out of our control.
